Because many KalaLiving products are handmade, handwoven, naturally dyed, or artisan-produced, slight variations in colour, texture, weave, finish, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not necessarily considered defects.

4. Personalized Products

Personalized items are produced according to the information entered by the customer.

Customers are responsible for checking the spelling and accuracy of names or other personalization details before placing an order.

Once production has started, personalized products may not be changed or cancelled.

Personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable for change of mind. If a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or contains an error caused by us, please contact us with photographs so that we can review the issue.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is a pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, stock issue, or other reasonable operational concern.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.
